Review of Teva - Men's - Keagan

The Teva Keagan is a great shoe for those that are looking to get away from the typical inflexible (total or in part) and raised heel shoe. Recent studies have found that a raised heel causes a change in how your foot strikes the ground - striking more heel first, thus transmitting more impact to the ankles, knees and hips.

The Keagan has a very neutral sole from heel to toe and is very flexible, allowing your feet to feel the ground you are walking on. They have a roomy toe box to let your toes spread out instead of being scrunched together and further limiting sensory input. Our feet have over 200,000 sensory nerves to aid us in standing, walking, and running. Isolating them from the ground causes less feedback, which gives the brain less information to respond with.
